A delayed payment needs a specific explanation. Start by identifying which money is being withdrawn and which stage is pending. Do not make further deposits or bets to solve a withdrawal problem.

Identify the issue before escalating

Situation Evidence to request
Cashier shows less available cash than the account total Separate cash, bonus and restricted bonus-winnings balances
Operator requests identity documents Exact missing item, secure upload route and reason it is required now
Request remains pending Processing start, applicable policy and outstanding checks
Payment said to be sent Dispatch date, destination and payment-provider reference
Destination card is replaced or expired Procedure for verifying a permitted replacement method
Bonus disappeared on withdrawal Promotion-specific withdrawal effect and warning displayed

Own cash and promotional funds are different

A bonus can have conditions on its restricted funds. That is not a reason to assume your own deposit must satisfy the same playthrough. Ask the operator to name the balance, condition and calculation involved. Keep the terms that applied when the reward was granted.

For current GB incentives, bonus wagering cannot exceed 10x. A historical 40x guide or foreign promotion does not establish a valid restriction on a new GB reward. Withdrawal-related conditions must still be read in context.

Identity checks have a timing rule

GB operators verify identity before gambling. Condition 17.1.1 also addresses later withdrawal requests: information that could reasonably have been requested earlier should not first be demanded as a condition of withdrawal. Later requests can still arise from other legal obligations; every document request is not automatically improper.

Use the operator’s secure official upload process. Ask what is outstanding and when it was first requested. Do not send identity files to eCasinoExplorer or a public complaints page.

Turn the timeline into a formal complaint

  1. State the operator, account reference, amount and withdrawal date.
  2. Attach the relevant term, cashier status and communication dates.
  3. Ask for the reason, clause and stage blocking payment.
  4. State the remedy you want, such as return of the available cash balance.
  5. Request a complaint reference, final response and named ADR provider.

The operator has up to eight weeks to resolve the complaint. The Gambling Commission’s current guidance explains independent ADR after the operator’s process and a deadlock letter where issued. Eligibility depends on the dispute; the Commission does not resolve your individual payment claim.
